Eid al-Fitr 2016 date announced for celebrations in Birmingham

Although it can vary across the world, due to the moons sighting, it’s now been announced that Birmingham’s public celebration of Eid will be on Wednesday, July 6. This is the same day, muslims in Peterborough, Leicester and surrounding areas celebrate Eid.
