From 13 – 19 April, the UK will be flexing its green fingers and celebrating National Gardening Week, with events and activities to get the nation growing.
National Gardening Week was launched four years ago by the RHS and since then it has grown into the country’s biggest celebration of gardening. Thousands of people, gardens, charities, retailers, culture and heritage organisations and groups get involved and this year there are more than 200 events taking place across the UK.
Throughout the week, the RHS Gardens will be hosting a wealth of activities to get the whole family growing this spring. From live tree carving to behind the scenes tours of the garden and turf demonstrations, there is something to inspire everyone to get their hands dirty and have a go.
