The range will be hand-prepared and decorated in Lola’s North London bakery, and the flavours have been developed and inspired by an array of Middle Eastern flavours.

Lola’s ‘Eid Mubarak’ Cupcake

Within the range will be a Baklava cupcake – a pistachio base, honey mascarpone icing and baklava and pistachio nibs on top, as well as a Rose buttercream and almond flake cupcake. There will also be a Baklava Layer cake is a variety of sizes, so ideal for an Eid gift or Iftar treat.

Owing to the fact that the Holy month of Ramadan and Eid is a time where Zakat and the spirit of communal giving is high, Lola’s are also proudly committing to donate 5% of their sales to the charity, a charity with the values of Islam at its core.

Head of Marketing & Brand at Lola’s, Adam Doffman said, “We have always been so grateful to our Muslim customers for trusting us in the past with their Iftar and Eid treats, so it was a natural step to introduce this beautiful, handbaked range to make their celebrations even more special. We wish all those participating a Ramadan and Eid Mubarak!

Our range will be available for pre-order in mid-April on www.lolascupcakes.co.uk
