Known for its signature butter sauce, Swiss Butter offers a unique twist on traditional steak dishes, blending Middle Eastern flavours with Swiss culinary traditions. As Swiss Butter celebrates its one-year anniversary in London, it has quickly risen to prominence in the city’s competitive food scene. 

What initially started as a newcomer to the culinary scene has now become a popular destination for food enthusiasts. Londoners can be seen queuing up outside the restaurant, eager to experience the simplicity and quality that Swiss Butter has to offer.

With its growing popularity and esteemed reputation, from the Middle East, Swiss Butter has not only established its presence in London but has also captured the hearts and palates of locals. The restaurant’s booming success is a testament to its innovative approach to dining and its commitment to delivering an authentic and memorable culinary experience.

Excelling in its dedication to minimalism and excellence, this establishment celebrates its first year in London not only as a recent addition but as a thriving triumph in the bustling culinary landscape of the city. Emphasizing simplicity and concentration, the menu features three primary protein options: beef fillet, ribeye, chicken breast, and salmon fillet, all accompanied by their highly-praised Swiss Butter sauce, fries, and salad, elegantly presented on a rustic wooden board. The venue exudes an industrial chic ambiance, incorporating elements such as exposed bricks, copper pipes, and raw materials in a stylish manner.

The kitchen was covered in a sleek green cladding that brought to mind the sturdy containers used in shipping. The tables were a mix of glass and sturdy oak, creating a minimalist atmosphere for the night ahead. The overall concept of the restaurant was executed seamlessly, and the introduction of halal lamb chops to the menu added a new dimension. The lamb chops were served perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice, tenderness, and juiciness, complementing the fries and butter sauce beautifully. Our drinks were expertly 

Prepared by the attentive server, who eagerly concocted some revitalising non-alcoholic beverages for us. A platter of freshly baked French bread was brought to our table, accompanied by a unique butter sauce meant for dipping instead of spreading. The highlight of the meal was the French toast paired with creamy vanilla ice cream, a delightful surprise that left a lasting impression. For dessert, a decadent hot chocolate molten lava cake with a side of ice cream was served, satisfying our sweet cravings. Excitement is building for the upcoming opening of a new venue in Madrid in June 2024, marking the brand’s second venture into the European market.
