What you need


• 700g Wings 
• 1tsp Sumac
• 1tsp Dried parsley
• 1tsp Garlic powder
• 1tsp Salt
• 1tbs Pomegranate molasses 
• 2tbs Pepper paste 
• 1tbs Cumin Powder  
• 2tbs Oil
• Handful of fresh parsley 
• 1/4 Red pepper 

What to do


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the fresh parsley and red pepper. 

Leave to marinate for minimum 2hrs. The longer you leave, the better it tastes. 

Cook in an Air fryer on 180c for 25mins or in an oven on 200c/Gas mark 6 for 35 mins. 

Take out and garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper. This step is optional.
