The talented Zack Knight’s bollywood medley

After winning Best Male singer and bagging best urban act, at the Pakistani Music & Media awards 2015, Zack Knight is a huge british muslim – influencing the music industry today.

Zack Knight, British Singer, songwriter & producer first started out in music writing for household names such as Tinie Tempah and Ginuwine.

His earlier influences were Usher, Boyz II Men and the Michael Jackson.

Zack Knight credits his father as his inspiration behind pursuing a career in music.

Zack’s first introduction to the world started on a high with major support for his debut single “All Over Again” from national and regional TV and radio.

His second single Who I Am was also featured as one of iTunes “New & Noteworthy” picks of the month. Whilst he classifies himself as pop, he isn’t your traditional pop artist and neither is he alike the artists by whom he is most influenced. As a songwriter and producer with and for other artists, Zack Knight is constantly surrounded by a multitude of different music. He believes his sound is best described as “…R&B infused style with a crossover sound”.

Knight is also one of the very few singer-songwriters who produces, composes and engineers their own music. His collaboration with Tinie Tempah came about quite organically as Knight came to work with Tinie via a friend who was studying at the same university as him.

Meanwhile the collaboration with Ginuwine happened over a conversation between Knight’s producer at the time and Ginuwine’s manager when he was on tour in the UK.

Knight has also worked with YMCMB rapper Lil Twist, Mishon, IYAZ, Karis Anderson, Stylo G and supported Taio Cruz, Mario and Jessie J Live. Knight has had the tremendous honour of writing a Top 10 single as well as performing at the O2 Arena.

Whilst he considers these both memorable career highlights, Knight still aspires to write that elusive #1 Worldwide single.
